4.5cl Jonge Jenever 

6 fresh raspberries 

1.5cl sugar water 

4cl lime juice 

1 tsp cane sugar 

lime wedge 

crushed ice

Crush the fresh raspberries along with the cane sugar and violet syrup in a tumbler glass until the juice is clearly visible. Add the Jonge Jenever, the sugar water and the lime juice. Fill with crushed ice. Stir and garnish with a wedge of lime.
